On April 26, the second edition of the program "Corporate Governance in Financial Institutions" was successfully completed, which took place in two stages - from April 17 to 19 and from April 24 to 26, 2025. The program, organized with the support of the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB), brought together leading specialists in the financial sector, who, over six training days, deepened their knowledge in the field of modern corporate governance.

 Participants highly appreciated the content of the program, the quality of the speakers and the practical orientation of the materials. The topics of artificial intelligence, the role of supervisory boards and risk management attracted particular attention. Participants also noted the relevance of the topics, the team atmosphere, which created a favorable environment for open exchange of experience with colleagues from different banks, professional discussions. Among the proposals from the participants were to add more interactive tasks during training, expand the topic of AI in practice, and also include a block on the development strategy of the financial system of Ukraine.

The program has demonstrated its effectiveness as a platform for knowledge exchange, professional growth, and development of corporate governance culture in the financial sector. The Association of Ukrainian Banks will continue to develop the program, expanding its content and practical value. Subsequent editions of the course will be even more adapted to the needs of financial institution management.
