JSC “BANK ALLIANCE” joined the arbitration dispute resolution system under the AUB

The Arbitration Court at the Association of Ukrainian Banks continues to systematically support financial institutions in resolving disputes outside of state courts.

JSC “BANK ALLIANCE” has joined the circle of participants, having decided to include an arbitration clause in its contracts. This expands the possibilities for conflict resolution and allows disputed issues to be referred to the Arbitration Court at the AUB for consideration.
The use of arbitration ensures speed, flexibility, and a professional approach to the consideration of disputes between the parties. The Arbitration Court at the

Association of Ukrainian Banks contributes to the creation of a reliable, predictable business environment by effectively using alternative dispute resolution tools.

The mission of the Association of Ukrainian Banks is to support the development of the national banking system. The AUB cooperates with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on improving the legislation governing banking activities, and interacts with the National Bank of Ukraine on regulatory support for the functioning of banks and non-bank financial institutions. The CBA takes care of the professional development of bank employees, expands international relations with associations and banking institutions of other countries.
