Education: National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, Lviv Institute of Banking of the NBU University of Banking.

since 2021 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine; Chairman of the Committee of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine on Financial, Banking and Investment Activities;
since 2021 - Vice President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks; member of the Board of the UkrSWIFT Association. Education: Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU), Master of Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Credit.

Since 2018, he has held the position Deputy head of the SME department, A-bank JSC. From 2020 to the present: Vice-President of the "Chernihiv Regional Federation of Sambo NFSU", From 2019 to the present: Deputy Chairman of the NGO "ALL-UKRAINIAN PUBLIC ASSET OF UKRAINE".

Education:  Graduated from the Kyiv National Linguistic University and received a Master of Banking degree from the Kyiv National University of Economics named after V. Hetman. 

Science degrees:  In 2014, he defended his thesis and obtained the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences
