The Association of Ukrainian Banks has honored 50 employees of financial institutions who are actively involved in volunteer work (2)

The event, held to mark International Volunteer Day, brought together like-minded people from the financial sector who, despite being fully employed, devote their free time to volunteering. These are people united by a common goal—to help both the front lines and their fellow citizens who find themselves in dire straits during the war.

Andriy Dubas, President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, expressed his sincere gratitude to those present for helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine defend their homeland and motivating society to unity and cooperation, emphasizing the generosity, compassion, and dedication of each individual.

The volunteers received commemorative awards from the AUB, specially designed for this year's event. To the applause of the audience, Ukrainian public figure Serhiy Sternenko presented each volunteer with an award.

The UBA expresses its sincere gratitude to the leaders of the volunteer movement, who are the backbone of civil society, whose active civic stance, assistance to our soldiers on the front lines, and support for those in need unite and inspire Ukrainians.
