Representatives of the Association of Ukrainian Banks took part in the Banker Awards 2025 ceremony, which was an important event for the banking and financial community of Ukraine. An important component was the monitoring of customer feedback on digital platforms and the analysis of information that banks and companies provided directly to the editorial board. This approach made it possible to evaluate not only figures and indicators, but also how businesses interact with their customers and society as a whole," note the organizers of the Banker Awards 2025.
