On September 11, the Association of Ukrainian Banks organized an online webinar on the topic “Architecture and Principles of the Uvekon Geographic Information System.”

The “Geoportal” service – a basic tool for real estate market analysis.

The event brought together representatives of financial institutions interested in modern digital solutions for spatial data analysis and real estate market research. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the architecture and functionality of the “Uvekon” geographic information system, its key service “Geoportal,” as well as spatial analysis tools that can serve as a practical foundation for making managerial and strategic decisions.

The speaker of the event — Oleksandr Korobko, Director of JV “Uvekon,” founder and developer of the geoinformation asset management system — presented the system’s interface to the participants, demonstrated practical use cases, and shared his own experience of implementing it in the activities of financial sector companies.

The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that, under modern conditions, the real estate market is becoming increasingly dynamic and requires innovative tools for asset valuation, forecasting, and risk management. The use of geoinformation systems enables financial institutions to access accurate spatial data, analyze the dynamics of territorial development, monitor investment trends, and make well-informed decisions.

The webinar participants highly appreciated the practicality of the presented materials and emphasized the promising prospects of integrating geoinformation technologies into the activities of banks and non-banking institutions.
