As part of a two-day training session on open data, the event brought together leading experts from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the National Bank of Ukraine, Texty.org.ua, Open Data Bot, the Association of Ukrainian Banks, and other organizations.

On September 11, the Association of Ukrainian Banks was represented at the event by Oleksandr Markovskyi, who joined the panel discussion “Open Data in Finance and Business” and answered questions from participants.

The panel discussion participants discussed:

• how to work with open data in the context of artificial intelligence development;
  
• how to organize and visualize data for business;
  
• what risks and challenges accompany working with open data.

Thanks to the implementation of the Association of Ukrainian Banks' own analytical platform based on open data from the NBU, the practical possibilities of using modern technologies in the financial sector are already being demonstrated today.
The training showed that open data is the key to the development of a transparent and competitive financial market, and also creates additional opportunities for Ukrainian business in the context of integration into the European economic space.
