Діамантбанк змінив умови споживчого кредитування під заставу нерухомості

З червня 2008 року в Діамантбанку (www.diamantbank.ua) діють оновлені умови програми споживчого кредитування під заставу нерухомості на покращання житлових умов, що реалізується спільно з Державною іпотечною установою.

За умовами цієї програми клієнт має змогу:
• отримати до 1 млн гривень (для мешканців Києва);
• строком до п’яти років;
• під 14,5% річних;
• використовувати кошти на власний розсуд, без підтвердження їх цільового використання.

Заставою по кредиту виступає житлова нерухомість позичальника.
