«Основні переваги програмних кредитів ДІУ для клієнтів полягають передусім у можливості їх отримання на привабливих умовах на тривалий термін. Так, наприклад, РОДОВІД БАНК надає такі кредити по номінальній ставці 10,9% річних строком до 30 років, що дуже цікаво. Але варто також враховувати достатньо високі вимоги ДІУ до кредитів, які вони готові рефінансувати», – зазначив заступник начальника відділу продуктів іпотечного кредитування РОДОВІД БАНКу Олександр Козленко.
