Облігації Банку «Кредит-Дніпро» розпочинають вільний обіг на ринку

Банк «Кредит-Днепр» зарегистрировал размещение облигаций банка в Государственной комиссии по ценным бумагам и фондовому рынку.

Облигации  банка включены в  листинг Фондовой биржи ПФТС и могут свободно обращаться  на вторичном рынке.

Параметры выпуска:
Номинальная стоимость облигации — 1000 грн., купонная ставка — 14% годовых с ежеквартальной выплатой.
Срок обращения — до 16.04.2010 с офертами 13.04.2008 и 12.04.2009.
Облигационный займ имеет р! ейтинг агентства Moody`s В3 по глобальной шкале и Baa3.ua по национальной шкале.
