ПриватБанк привлек рекордный для украинских банков синдицированный кредит

ПриватБанк подписал соглашение о привлечении синдицированного кредита сроком на один год на рекордную для украинского банковского рынка сумму - 300 млн. долл. США. Организаторами синдицированного займа выступили крупнейшие западные финансовые институты Barclays Capital, Commerzbank Аktiengesellschaft, Standard Bank и UniCredit Group (Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG, International Moscow Bank). Участниками кредита стали 46 финансовых институтов, среди которых 31 европейский и 15 азиатских банков. Крупнейшие участники синдиката - Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Fortis Bank, Garanti Bank, греческий Alpha Bank, Mashreqbank и State Bank of India. Рекордно низкой для украинских банков стала и ставка привлечения кредита - LIBOR+1,8%.
