The Arbitration Court at the Association of Ukrainian Banks expands its dispute resolution practice

The Arbitration Court at the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB) continues to strengthen its position as an effective tool for resolving financial disputes in the banking sector.

From now on, Globus Bank's bank guarantee agreements will include an arbitration clause allowing the parties to refer disputes to the Arbitration Court at the AUB.

“Globus Bank is expanding its dispute resolution options. From now on, the bank's agreements on the provision of bank guarantees will include an arbitration clause allowing disputes to be considered in the Arbitration Court at the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB),” the bank said in a statement.

This decision underscores the growing confidence of financial institutions in arbitration as a fast, professional, and cost-effective mechanism for resolving disputes outside the state court system.

The Arbitration Court at the AUB is consistently developing modern practices of alternative dispute resolution in the financial sector, contributing to the formation of a stable and predictable business environment.
