Укр NovaPay Credit has joined the Association of Ukrainian Banks
On August 18, a meeting was held as part of NovaPay Credit's accession to the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB) community. The financial company is part of the NovaPay group and the large Nova Poshta family. The company specializes in innovative credit solutions for businesses and individuals.
Active participation in committees and market development
Representatives of NovaPay Credit are already actively participating in the work of the AUB committees, joining discussions on current issues and shaping the position of the financial community. The company is working on the development of the non-bank financial market, paying particular attention to consumer and business lending, as well as the introduction of modern digital tools.
Use of the AUB Arbitration Court
During the meeting, the AUB president drew attention to the opportunities that the AUB Arbitration Court opens up for financial companies and banks in resolving disputes. A representative of NovaPay Credit confirmed that their standard business contracts have long included an arbitration clause. The company actively uses the mechanisms of the AUB Arbitration Court to settle financial disputes, which confirms its high level of legal culture and responsible approach to lending.
Unity of the financial community
The AUB welcomes NovaPay Credit to the Association. The expansion of the community contributes to the formation of a holistic ecosystem of financial services, where banks and non-bank companies join forces for a common goal — economic growth and recovery in Ukraine.
