The Association of Ukrainian Banks, together with System of Environmental Data LLC, presented the information and analytical platform “ESG Profile of a Company in the SaveEcoBot System,” which will help financial institutions to qualitatively assess the social and environmental responsibility of their clients.
In the context of the ongoing war and the subsequent reconstruction of Ukraine, sustainable development and social and environmental responsibility are becoming particularly relevant for the business environment. Companies that meet sustainable development requirements enjoy advantages in terms of favorable lending conditions and cooperation with financial institutions. At the same time, the banking sector is achieving accurate risk assessment, which requires access to reliable data and automated solutions.
To this end, the specialists at System of Environmental Data LLC have developed the SaveEcoBot analytical platform, which aggregates data from state registries and allows for the rapid creation of an enterprise's ESG profile.
- The event was moderated by Andriy Dubas, President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks.
- Roman Makarov, Head of Sustainable Development at Kredobank JSC, highlighted the practical aspects of ESG implementation, implementation standards, key challenges, and practical case studies.
- Vladislav Antipov, Head of the Main Committee for Environmental Protection and Environmental Management of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, provided the top five recommendations for the banking sector regarding ESG.
- Iryna Chernysh and Pavlo Tkachenko, representatives of SaveEcoBot, demonstrated the key features of the platform and explained the principles of ESG analysis in practice.
