invest in the worldview: AUB supports business initiatives at BUSINESS THINKERS FORUM
On October 30, UBA First Vice President Vitaliy Romanchukevych took part in a large-scale BUSINESS THINKERS FORUM, which brought together business leaders, innovators, the financial community and the public. The forum featured a wide-ranging discussion on modern methods and approaches to leadership development and business ethics. The Association of Ukrainian Banks was a media partner of the event.
The BUSINESS THINKERS FORUM has become an important platform for the business community to exchange views, gain new experience and unique insights. The forum brought together top leaders and thinkers to discuss breakthrough approaches to achieving ambitious goals in today's environment. The central theme of the event was “The Art of Creating”, which emphasized the importance of high standards of business ethics, systemic thinking and the search for new meanings in work.
Vitaliy Romanchukevych, First Vice President of UBA, praised the level of speakers and participants of the forum. In his opinion, such events are not only a platform for discussing topical issues, but also an investment in the development of corporate culture and the participants' outlook. Vitaliy Romanchukevych particularly noted the speech of Artur Mikhno, CEO and founder of Work.ua.
“With his speech, he inspired me to invest even more in my outlook and expand my corporate culture - I had goosebumps during his speech,” Vitaliy Romanchukevych shared his impressions.
The First Vice President of the UBA also noted that today it is very important to invest in one's worldview, talk more about culture and be ethical. In his opinion, the BUSINESS THINKERS FORUM has become an initiative that helps to consolidate society around important values and a strategic vision of the future.
The Association of Ukrainian Banks will continue to support such initiatives that consolidate representatives of business, financial sector, academics and the public to create a progressive and responsible business environment in Ukraine.
