Dynamic development: four new members join AUB
On May 3, the Board of the Association of Ukrainian Banks held a meeting at which it decided to admit four new members to the Association.
The new members of the Association are:
- PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY JOINT STOCK BANK “UKRGASBANK”
- PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY “BANK VOSTOK”
- PRIVATE JOINT STOCK COMPANY “EXPORT CREDIT AGENCY”
- LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “FINANCIAL COMPANY ‘CONTRACT HOUSE’
It was noted at the event that the expansion of the UAB's membership is an indicator of the stability and growth of the Ukrainian banking and financial sector, even under martial law. The acceptance of new members demonstrates the growing weight and authority of the CBA, as well as the recognition of its role as a leading representative of the Ukrainian banking and financial sector.
The members of the AUB Board emphasized that the accession of new members to the Association is an important step for the financial sector and the banking industry, as the expansion of the circle of participants will contribute to the improvement of processes, exchange of experience and joint development. The admission of new members emphasizes the active development of the financial and banking sector and the strengthening of cooperation between the Association's members.
The UBA sincerely welcomes new members to the Association of Ukrainian Banks. The accession of banks, non-bank financial institutions and companies that help Ukrainian business develop and realize its export potential to the financial and banking community will be a significant strengthening for the UBA, as these are experienced and reliable financial institutions and companies that share the values and goals of the Association.
The Board of AUB expressed confidence that the joint efforts of AUB members will be aimed at developing and strengthening the Ukrainian banking system, financial industry and the growth of the Ukrainian economy.
The CBA looks forward to fruitful cooperation with the new members aimed at jointly addressing the current challenges of the Ukrainian financial and banking sector, as well as its further development and European integration.
In addition, at the meeting of the AUB Council, it was decided to hold the reporting and election Congress of the AUB in June this year.
