20240307_154729 Access to up-to-date data for effective decisions: The Association of Ukrainian Banks has created an open analytical platform | Асоціація українських банків On March 7, 2024, the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB) successfully held a webinar dedicated to the launch of a new analytical platform. The event gathered more than 70 online and offline participants, including scientists, teachers and students of leading Ukrainian economic universities. The platform initiated by AUB is designed to respond to dynamic changes in the world and outdated information, which makes it difficult to make informed decisions. Its purpose is to provide access to up-to-date statistics and analytics, critical for making informed, effective and successful management decisions.

The speakers were Oleksandr Markovskyi, advisor of AUB, member of the Supervisory Board of JSC "INDUSTRIALBANK" and Serhiy Khodakevich, professor of the Department of Banking and Insurance of KNEU named after V. Hetman. During the webinar, the speakers described in detail the principles of operation and rules for using the platform. Its value lies in supporting scientific research and deepening knowledge of the banking system among students and professionals. The platform provides access to a wide range of information, including financial reports, banking trends and economic indicators, enriching scholarly works and research.
The purpose of creating the platform is to respond to the need for access to up-to-date data and analytics for making informed management decisions in conditions of rapid and constant changes in the world. The creation of such a tool reflects the Association's strategic desire to provide informational support for scientific research, training and practical work in the field of banking.

The principles of operation and rules for using the platform, including access to current statistical data, financial reports and other analytical resources, were discussed in detail at the webinar. The presented guidelines emphasize the importance of the platform as a tool for scientific research, improving the quality of education and effective management in the banking sector.

The launch of the analytical platform reflects the development of interaction between academic and practical aspects of banking. It not only contributes to the improvement of the quality of scientific research in the field, but also provides unique opportunities for the practical use of analytical data in real conditions. This initiative encourages collaboration between academics, students and banking professionals, which contributes to the creation of a more informed and competent banking environment.

According to the feedback of the webinar listeners, the AUB analytical platform is a comprehensive set of tools and opportunities for a deeper understanding and analysis of the banking sector. Participants had the opportunity to learn the rules of using the platform and gain practical experience in working with analytical data, which contributes to the development of educational and research work and improving the quality of management decisions in the banking industry.

The Association of Ukrainian Banks is convinced that this initiative will be a step towards improving the quality of education and research in the field of banking. The analytical platform enables the academic community to access up-to-date data for more in-depth research and making a significant contribution to the development of the banking sector. Students will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge and analytical skills for successful development in a dynamic banking environment. AUB's analytics platform is also a valuable resource for bankers, offering access to up-to-date market analytics for informed strategic decision-making, competitor monitoring, product development and risk management.

Journalists will also be able to use the Analytical Platform of AUB to obtain reliable and up-to-date information, analyze trends in the banking sector, create news and adapt complex analytics for a wide audience. Using this platform will help professionals increase the efficiency of their work and improve the quality of analysis and content.

The platform is already available for use. We invite scientists, teachers, students, bank employees, journalists and other interested persons to use the Analytical Platform of AUB and get access to current data and analytics of the banking sector of Ukraine.
