On June 14, the XIX Reporting and Election Congress of the Association of Ukrainian Banks took place
The key issues and prospects of the Ukrainian banking system were discussed, the results of the reporting period were summarized, and important decisions on the future development of the Association were made.
The Congress was attended by 49 delegates from 72 members of the Association, both banks and non-bank financial institutions.
In total, the number of participants amounted to about 70 people, including representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Agenda:
The participants of the Congress highly appreciated the work of the Association of Ukrainian Banks in recent years, especially during the large-scale aggressive invasion of russia. The AUB was able to consolidate the financial and banking community around the development of the banking system in the face of wartime challenges.
Andriy Dubas was re-elected as the President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks at the XIX Congress of the Association of Ukrainian Banks.
The Congress also elected a new Board of the Association of Ukrainian Banks for a four-year term.

XIX Congress of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, the participants of the event emphasized that today the Association continues to play a key role in the development of the country's financial and banking system. Its activities help to ensure macrofinancial stability, strengthen the banking sector and increase confidence in financial institutions. Through active cooperation with regulators and international organizations, the AUB makes a significant contribution to the development of Ukraine's economy and maintaining its resilience in the face of current challenges.
