AUB «Association of Ukrainian Banks», which registers and operates in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - «Association of Ukrainian Banks»), undertakes to protect personal data of all persons who viewed this site (hereinafter - "Site ), in connection with which it seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a collection of information about a physical person, who is identified or can be identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable minds for using the Site to every user. Processing and storage of personal data is carried out in data centers, where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Site services is located. Provided personal data is processed and may be stored in a personal database or a separate database table on the Site. Purposes of using personal data

Dissemination of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or a person authorized by him is permitted in cases defined by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.

The order of access to the personal data of third parties is determined by the conditions of the user, the owner of the personal data, the processing of these data or according to the requirements of the law. 7) to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, unexpected or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces honor, dignity the business reputation of physical persons;

8) address complaints about the processing of personal data to the Commissioner of Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;

9) apply means of legal protection in case of violation of legislation on the protection of personal data;

10) enter reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process your personal data during the provision of services;

11) opt-out due to processing of personal data;

12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

13) on protection from an automated decision, which has legal consequences for it.
