On 15 August 2024, an online meeting was held between representatives of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, the National Bank of Ukraine and banking industry experts. The focus was on improving the payment process and creating a unified customer experience.
In addition, the need to standardise QR code scanners in mobile applications and create a single brand for these services was discussed. This will allow users to navigate faster and use new features more conveniently.
Following the meeting, the experts concluded that the introduction of a unified system for exchanging details would significantly improve the customer experience by making payments more intuitive and convenient. The proposals made during the meeting will be taken into account when developing updated versions of mobile banks.
