Укр POLICY OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
General provisions
AUB «Association of Ukrainian Banks», which registers and operates in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - «Association of Ukrainian Banks»), undertakes to protect personal data of all persons who viewed this site (hereinafter - "Site ), in connection with which it seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a collection of information about a physical person, who is identified or can be identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable minds for using the Site to every user. 8) address complaints about the processing of personal data to the Commissioner of Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
9) apply means of legal protection in case of violation of legislation on the protection of personal data;

11) opt-out due to processing of personal data;
12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
