Ukraine's state budget revenues reached almost 226 billion in November

In November this year, the general fund of the state budget of Ukraine received UAH 225.9 billion in taxes, fees, and mandatory payments.

This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.

Payments from the State Tax Service amounted to UAH 124.8 billion, including:

  • UAH 52.9 billion – corporate income tax;

  • UAH 30.9 billion – personal income tax and military tax;

  • UAH 21.2 billion – value added tax (UAH 39.2 billion collected, UAH 18 billion refunded);

  • UAH 11.1 billion – excise tax;

  • UAH 4.3 billion – rent payments.

Payments from the State Customs Service amounted to UAH 61.9 billion.
Another important source of revenue for the general fund of the state budget in November this year was the funds received by Ukraine in the form of international aid (grants) in the amount of UAH 34.3 billion.
In total, as of the end of November 2025, UAH 303 billion in taxes, fees, and other payments were received by the general and special funds of the state budget.

In addition, UAH 47.1 billion (as of November 27) was received in the form of single social contribution to social and pension insurance funds.
