The National Bank has put 129 land plots in the Kyiv region up for sale

The National Bank of Ukraine has announced a repeat open auction in the Prozorro.Sales system for 129 land plots. This was reported by the NBU press service.

These properties became the property of the regulator as collateral for refinancing loans issued to Ukrainian banks. These are plots in the Kyiv region intended for individual housing construction and personal farming.
According to the list published by the NBU, 75 plots are intended for construction, while the rest are for agricultural use. They are located in the Makariv, Bucha, Vyshhorod, Obukhiv, and Brovary districts.

The planned date for the auctions for all land plots is December 23, 2025.
The auctions are held in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the National Bank of Ukraine” and the NBU's regulatory acts.
