Ukrainians received almost UAH 13 billion this year under the “єОселя” program.

Since the beginning of 2025, 6,860 loans totaling UAH 12.96 billion have been issued under the state affordable mortgage program “єОселя,” according to the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.

Since the beginning of the year, 6,862 Ukrainians have taken advantage of the program, obtaining preferential mortgage loans worth UAH 12.96 billion.
In the last week alone, 193 new loans worth UAH 405 million were issued.

The YeOselya program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in conjunction with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselya are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
