Кабмін і НБУ проводили неправильну курсову політику й створили умови, за яких люди не можуть банкам повернути кредити. І якщо Кабмін хоче насправді допомогти позичальникам, то він повинен був би викупити ці кредити у комерційних банків і повернути кошти банкам замість населення, а населення нехай би повертало ці кошти Кабінету міністрів рік, два, п'ят років, десять. Нехай Кабмін зробить реструктуризацію й допоможе людям. Але вони цього не роблять, а перекладають усе на банківську систему...
