організовує Конференцію  на тему “IPO та  альтернативні стратегії збільшення капіталу банків у Центральній та Східній Європі”, яка проводитиметься 11-12 травня у Відні, готель Hilton Plaza.
Вартість участі складає 1200 євро (для банків-членів BACEE  знижка 50%) без ПДВ.

Overview
The  conference  will focus on methods by which banks in Central Europe & Russia
can  expand  their  capital  base  to facilitate the future development of their business.
A  wide  range  of  speakers  will  present  the different stages in the capital raising  process.   Details  of these speakers will be available soon. They will include:
      O Investment  bankers  who  will  discuss the different opportunities facing banks seeking to attract new capital and the range of instruments which can be used.
      O Various  stock  exchanges  will  present  the listing process and requirements of their own markets.
      O The  London Stock Exchange which will host a detailed session   introducing  various  types  of  partners  needed  by  any bank considering raising capital via its AIM market.
The conference will also be of interest to bankers in the region seeking to help their larger corporate clients obtain an international stock market listing.
Participation Fee
The  Participation Fee for this conference is EUR 1,200. A 50% reduction in this fee is available for BACEE member banks. Participation fees are subject to VAT.
