Запрошуємо журналістів взяти участь
у “круглому столі” на тему:

“Філії іноземних банків в Україні: умови допуску”

На засіданні “круглого столу” планується обговорити питання:

1. Очікувані наслідки приходу на фінансовий ринок України філій іноземних банків. Досвід інших країн з цих питань.
2. Дотримання базових принципів функціонування філій іноземних банків на території України:
   - єдина система регулювання банківської діяльності та нагляду (порядок відкриття та ліквідації іноземних філій, правовий статус приписного капіталу, розрахунок економічних нормативів тощо);
   - рівні конкурентні умови з українськими банками;
   - порядок оподаткування операцій іноземних філій.
3. Зауваження та пропозиції до законопроекту №7274 “Про внесення змін до Закону України "Про банки і банківську діяльність" щодо відкриття філій іноземних банків в Україні. Визначення умов відкриття та діяльності філій.

До участі у роботі Круглого столу запрошені: представники Кабінету Міністрів України, Національного банку України, Міністерства економіки, Міністерства фінансів  та Державної податкової адміністрації України, народні депутати, голови правлінь комерційних банків, а також представники комітетів Верховної Ради України, міжнародних фінансових організацій та науковці.

“Круглий стіл” відбудеться:

у середу 22 червня 2005 р. о 14:30
у приміщенні Асоціації українських банків

за адресою: м. Київ, вул. Марини Раскової, 15,
зал засідань (кім. 710), 7-й поверх.

Journalists are invited to take part in
the round table on the subject:
“Foreign banks’ branches in Ukraine: conditions of admission”

At the round-table meeting the following issues are to be discussed:

1) Expected impact of the foreign banks’ branches in the financial market of Ukraine. Experience of other countries on these matters.
      2) Adherence of basic principles of the foreign banks’ branches functioning in Ukraine:
- single system of banking line regulation and control (the order of foreign branches’ opening and liquidation, legal status of the subscribed capital, settlement of economic norms etc.);
- equal competitive conditions with the Ukrainian banks;
- order of the foreign branches’ operations taxation.
      3) Comments and suggestions for draft law №7274 “On the amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On banks and banking line” concerning the foreign banks’ branches opening in Ukraine. Determination of the opening conditions and branches’ activity.

For the participation in the round table are invited: the representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, of the National Bank of Ukraine, of the Ministry of Economy, of the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, people’s deputies, heads of commercial banks, as well as representatives of the Verkhovma Rada Committees, of international financial organizations, and scientists.
