2022: the program started as a 3% mortgage for certain categories - military and law enforcement officers, doctors, teachers, and scientists.
2023: we launched a mass mortgage at 7% per annum for all Ukrainians in need of housing.
2024: we added private houses to eHouse, implemented the possibility to use the #eRestoration certificate and reduced the down payment for young people.
This year, we also focused on the primary market and significantly increased the choice of housing at the construction stage: there are already 82 developers, 101 residential complexes and 174 houses in eOselya.
“Today, eOselya is one of the most successful mortgage lending programs since Ukraine's independence and is the undisputed leader,” said Yevhen Metzger.
