177 thousand Ukrainians already see cashback accrued to them for purchases in the first days of September in Diia. These are the results of another week of beta testing of the National Cashback. Banks are now working to ensure that all customers can see their cashback in the Diia app. To do this, they need to set up data exchange with the app's IT system. Some banks have already completed this work, while others are still testing. The setup will continue over the next few weeks. This was reported by Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
“Ukrainians have received about UAH 2.9 million in cashback for their first purchases. It will be possible to receive money on the card for payments for purchases made in September until October 20. We see interest in the project from consumers - more than 1.2 million Ukrainians have opened cards for payments. Of these, about 638 thousand have designated a card for payments in Diia,” Svyrydenko said.

She also said that the range of products with cashback is also expanding. As of today, it includes 171 thousand products from 963 Ukrainian manufacturers.

“The good news. The first stores have started marking products for which you can get cashback. These are Aurora Multimarket, Epicenter K, COMFY, Kopylka LLC and Tavria V. Silpo and ATB-Market will start marking in the near future. These marks can be seen right on the price tags or on the shelves with goods. Now you can't make a mistake,” said the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.
According to her, several more retail chains have joined the project as of today: Velyka Kyshenia, Velmart, Velyka Kyshenia Express, ANTOSHKA, Super THRASH Thrash Market, Dom Igrashok, Tavria V, Kopylka LLC, Blisk&Vidro. Cosmetics and household chemicals.
“And an important clarification on the draft state budget. Funds for the National Cashback program for 2025 will be provided, the project will be funded in the required amount,” Svyrydenko emphasized.

She provided a brief algorithm on how to join the National Cashback program:

• Apply for cards for payments in the bank that is already in the program. Mark the cards you will use to make purchases. And give the bank permission to transfer information about transactions from these cards. Currently, there are 11 banks, including Monobank, UGB Ukrgasbank, Credit Dnipro Bank, PrivatBank, Sense Bank, FUIB, Abank, Globus Bank, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, Oschadbank, and Accordbank.
• Update the Diia app, select the National Cashback service and choose a card for payments that you have opened with your bank.
  Go to a store that is in the program and buy goods from manufacturers that have joined the National Cashback program. A complete list of stores and products that have joined the cashback program can be found on the program's website.
• Now, after paying with your card, you can get 10% cashback. You can use it for utilities or medical services, train tickets, movie tickets, or concert tickets. Or you can support the Armed Forces of Ukraine or buy military bonds.
