NovaPay launches CRM integrations: less manual work, more automation for business

Payments, statements, and financial transactions no longer exist separately from business. NovaPay has launched CRM integration, making financial automation even easier for entrepreneurs and companies.

Now customers can see on a single platform which CRMs NovaPay is already integrated with, how each solution works, and connect it themselves — without unnecessary emails and phone calls.

"We see that it is important for businesses not just to have a financial service, but to integrate it into their daily work. CRM integration with NovaPay is about saving time, transparency, and control. When payments, statements, and invoices automatically appear where the business already operates, it is a tangible value," comments Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay.

At launch, integrations are available with: keyCRM, OneBox, SalesDrive, and SITNIKS. Each CRM has a separate page with a description of integration capabilities and step-by-step configuration.

CRM integrations allow businesses to:

  • automate payments. The system allows you to automatically process NovaPay payments directly through CRM, without having to switch between different platforms;

  • receive statements without manual uploading. Statements are automatically uploaded to the CRM system, eliminating the need for manual uploading and processing of documents;

  • generate payment links. Users connected to IE can create personalized payment links for customers connected to Internet acquiring directly from the CRM interface;

  • reduce the number of manual operations and errors in finance.

As a result, finance becomes part of business processes rather than a separate “pain point” that requires constant attention.

Integrations will be particularly useful for:

  • online stores that need fast payment processing;

  • B2B companies with a large number of transactions;

  • service companies that regularly bill customers;

  • businesses seeking to automate financial processes and reduce manual work.

NovaPay will gradually expand its list of CRM partners. Technical support for users within the integration is provided by the respective CRM systems.
