Sense Bank has launched a separate 24/7 online support line for military personnel and veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war to provide quick and convenient access to financial advice and banking services.
The support line can be reached by calling 0 800 500 183. Calls are free from mobile and landline phones within Ukraine, and the service operates around the clock.
On the dedicated line, customers can quickly get help with questions about the terms and rates for registered products, commissions, payments, and connected services. If additional processing is required, the bank's specialists will coordinate further steps and assist the customer until the issue is fully resolved.
"It is fundamentally important to us that military personnel and veterans feel respected and supported. We have created a separate hotline to simplify access to banking services, save them time, and provide quality advice based on the real needs of customers, thanks to whose protection and service we continue to operate," said Igor Mutka, Director of Customer Service at Sense Bank.
Sense Bank continues to develop services that take into account the needs of military personnel and veterans and is working to make financial services as accessible and understandable as possible.
