NovaPay has launched a new feature for entrepreneurs: accountants can now independently create payments from an individual entrepreneur's account through the application. This greatly simplifies business management for those who delegate financial transactions to trusted individuals.

From now on, users who have power of attorney to an individual entrepreneur's account with the role of “accountant with signing authority” can make payments on behalf of the individual entrepreneur, sign them with their electronic signature in the app, and view the transaction history. This allows entrepreneurs to focus on growing their business without spending time monitoring each individual transaction.

Accountants can:

• make payments via IBAN – payments to suppliers, partners, contractors, budget payments;
  
  
• withdraw funds from the individual entrepreneur's account to the entrepreneur's personal account.
  
  

“It was our customers who asked us to implement this feature—we received many requests during our research and surveys,” comments Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay. "Many entrepreneurs work with accountants, and it is important for them that their trusted representative can make payments quickly without constantly involving the owner. We listened to the needs of the business and implemented this update."

As a reminder, the NovaPay app offers entrepreneurs a range of tools for convenient business management. Entrepreneurs can open an account in a matter of minutes, which allows them to receive cash on delivery for goods sold on a daily basis, as well as easily connect a cash on delivery agreement. The app has a separate profile for businesses, which simplifies financial transactions.

The NovaPay business profile includes:

• quick access to key tools – payments, appointment of trusted persons, loans, and templates;
  
  
• an individual entrepreneur barcode displayed directly on the main screen for quick withdrawal or replenishment of funds from the account;
  
  
• a profile system that allows you to separate personal and business finances and set up filters;
  
  
• a separate screen for displaying sole proprietor income;
  
  
• convenient access to account statements, the post-payment office, and other services.
