NovaPay's individual entrepreneur clients now have a new convenient tool at their disposal: quick invoice generation in the app. An invoice is a ready-made document template with the individual entrepreneur's details, which the entrepreneur can send to the client for payment for services or goods. It takes 5-10 seconds to create, after which the buyer can immediately make the payment.
“We strive to make accepting payments as easy as possible for entrepreneurs,” comments Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay. "Invoices save time, simplify payment collection, and make the settlement process much more convenient. This is another step towards enabling sole proprietors to focus on their business rather than on the technical details of accepting payments."
Online invoicing will be especially useful for entrepreneurs who do not have their own website and whose main sales channels are social networks or bulletin boards. This feature is also relevant for freelancers, tutors, coaches, beauty industry workers, handmade product manufacturers, and other small business representatives. The feature works as a simple alternative to online acquiring — without connecting a website, technical settings, or complex contracts.
Entrepreneurs can create either a one-time invoice with a specific amount or an invoice with the option to pay any amount. The payer simply follows the link or scans the QR code and pays in a convenient way — Apple Pay, Google Pay, NovaPay card, or by entering the card details manually.
The new feature gives businesses additional benefits:
- control all payments directly in the app;
- see online who paid the invoice and when;
- analyze all invoices sent, identify the most profitable customers;
- receive funds for paid invoices on the same day;
- automatically receive payment records by email.
The buyer also benefits: there is no need to enter the recipient's details, and the invoice itself is an official document that protects their rights in the event of non-fulfillment of obligations by the seller. In addition, electronic invoices provide reliable protection of personal data and guarantee payment security. For the buyer, paying the invoice is free regardless of which bank card they use.
NovaPay invoices are also beneficial for the seller. The commission is only 1% when paying with a card from another bank, and if the customer pays with a NovaPay card in the app, it is free.
