NovaPay continues its large-scale digital transformation, strengthening its IT infrastructure and service operations even during record loads. For the company, 2025 was the year of a complete transition to the cloud, the implementation of a zero-trust security model, and the development of corporate analytics.
As a result, the speed of operations in the application has increased by 50%, the level of security has improved, and the foundation for a new generation of fintech solutions has been laid. NovaPay has migrated its key services—the payment core and security systems—to the cloud. Thanks to solutions from AWS, Google Cloud, and Ukrainian operators, the company has created its own hybrid infrastructure, which has significantly accelerated customer transactions both in the mobile application and in its own POS terminals and acquiring channels.
Cybersecurity has been significantly strengthened and approaches to data protection have been updated. The company has carried out a large-scale modernization of its security systems, thanks to which no cyberattack has led to incidents or service outages. Thanks to updated monitoring tools, access control, and constant checks, all financial transactions operate continuously even during peak loads. NovaPay laid the foundation for a system that uses artificial intelligence to detect fraud at an early stage. The pilot system learns from real data and allows you to predict risks and block suspicious actions before they can harm customers. Corporate analytics and data storage have also taken a big step forward. Over the course of a year, NovaPay has built a centralized DWH (Data Warehouse) that consolidates all customer activity data from all of the company's systems. This allows for more effective business decisions, faster response to user needs, and the preparation of personalized financial offers.
NovaPay is an international financial service that is part of the NOVA (Nova Poshta) group of companies and has been providing online and offline payment services in more than 3,600 Nova Poshta branches for 13 years. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended license from the NBU, which allowed it to open payment accounts and issue cards.
