The first specialized Sense Business branch in Ukraine, located in Odessa, began operations on September 17, 2025. The business space for Sense Bank customers is located at 22 Lanzheronivska Street. The main task of the branch will be to serve small, medium, and corporate business customers.
The multi-segment branch for serving customers of all business levels is a full-fledged business hub where small, medium, and corporate business customers can receive a full range of banking services in one place.
The entire internal infrastructure of the branch will include everything necessary for business:
a full range of products for business, including salary card projects;
services for individuals (including a cash desk, premium zone, Sense Club);
specialists in all key areas.
Special attention is paid to customer comfort: a convenient location in the city center, parking for visitors, the ability to conduct business or personal affairs in one place.
Andriy Sokolov, member of the Sense Bank Management Board, noted that the bank will continue to actively work on improving customer service.
"Our main priority at Sense Bank is our customers and their comfort. We are constantly modernizing and digitizing our services to optimize banking processes as much as possible so that businesses can focus on their development rather than thinking about paperwork with financial institutions. The opening of Sense Business Odessa is a special event, as we strive to create a space that will unite businesses and create a community where you can exchange experiences and get practical advice from colleagues — legal entities and private entrepreneurs," said Mr. Sokolov.
During the opening of the business branch, Yana Shumunova, Director of the Small and Medium Business Department at Sense Bank, noted that this is the first of several planned branches of the new format.
“Today, Odessa is one of the largest business centers in Ukraine, and representatives of the local corporate and SME segments are in dire need of support and relevant services. That is why today we are opening the first business space for Sense Bank clients — Sense Business. We do not plan to stop there and will open similar business branches in other cities of Ukraine,” emphasized Ms. Shumunova.
