"In terms of the number of products and services, Sense SuperApp is one of the leaders in the sector. The expansion of our app's ecosystem is based on a key principle: focus on customer needs. That is why Sense SuperApp is available to both individuals and sole proprietors, offering a wide range of digital services and banking products, as well as a flexible loyalty system involving partners. Our strategic goal is to enable customers to meet all their financial needs in a single mobile application," emphasized the member of the Management Board.

Inna Tyutyun also stressed that open banking will be a powerful impetus for effective collaboration based on the app. As a result, customers will receive more useful services.

Speaking about next year's trends, Inna Tyutyun noted the importance of developing instant payments, personalizing services, and gamification in e-commerce:

“We are already working in these areas: last year, we launched ”Personal Offers,“ which are actively used by customers, and in August this year, Sense SuperApp introduced a mobile quest game called ”Traveling Through Ukraine,“ which combines technology and a positive emotional experience.”

FinRetail 2025 has become a platform for productive dialogue and new ideas. Sense Bank is convinced that the future lies in the digital transformation of services!
