In a matter of weeks: NovaPay sold out a series of K bonds for institutional investors

NovaPay* has completely sold out its Series K bonds worth UAH 100 million, issued in August 2025 specifically for professional market participants. All securities were purchased in less than a month from the start of their circulation.

“This result—the sale of the entire series of bonds in just two weeks—speaks for itself: the market trusts NovaPay, and investors see us as a reliable partner,” says Igor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay. "We offer transparent terms, market rates, predictability, and timely payments. This is what attracts institutional investors, who always weigh their decisions carefully. And we are sincerely grateful to them for their trust in NovaPay."

The K series bonds were placed on the Perspektyva stock exchange. They will be in circulation until August 6, 2028, with interest paid quarterly at a rate of 18%.

As a reminder, NovaPay issued nine series of interest-bearing bonds in 2023–2024 and introduced two more series in 2025. Not only institutional but also private investors can invest in the company's securities. Buying NovaPay bonds in the app is easy, fast, and intuitive, requiring just a few clicks.

The Standard Rating agency has confirmed the high level of reliability of NovaPay and its bond series (A, B, D, E, F, G, H, and I). All of them have received a uaАА rating, which means very high creditworthiness compared to other debt instruments in Ukraine.
