In October 2023, NovaPay began expanding its own fleet of POS terminals. Today, in just over a year and a half, their number has exceeded 7.5 thousand devices operating throughout the country. Currently, 75% of card payments at Nova Poshta branches are made through NovaPay POS terminals.

“By investing in our own network of terminals, we do not only want to replace external solutions, but also completely rethink the customer experience. Therefore, calculations have become fast: instead of 22 seconds - 15, the number of technical failures has decreased, and our dependence on third-party providers has been minimized. Thus, no single NovaPay terminal park is one of the largest in the country,” says Oleksiy Ruban, Director of Innovation at NovaPay.
NovaPay’s further plans are to bring the terminal network to 10 thousand units by the end of 2025 and enter the open market with this technical offer - to other companies and partners who need effective payment solutions.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, as of spring 2025, more than 400 thousand POS terminals are operating in Ukraine, but their coverage still remains uneven, especially in small towns and villages. The regulator reports that according to the results of the first quarter of 2025, NovaPay and a large state-owned bank became the leaders in the development of the POS terminal network.
