NovaPay registered the tenth issue of corporate bonds for UAH 100 million
NovaPay* has registered the tenth issue of corporate bonds — series J for the amount of UAH 100 million. The corresponding decision was approved by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), along with the prospectuses of the securities issue.
“This is the tenth, anniversary issue, and its goal remains the same — to attract investments for lending to our clients. We are directing the bulk of the funds — 80% — to consumer lending for individuals, another 20% — to support small businesses and entrepreneurs,” says Igor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay.
Soon, series J bonds will be available for purchase in the NovaPay application. As before, registration will take a few minutes, and documents are issued online using Action.Signature.
As of April 2025, investments of private clients and businesses in NovaPay bonds have already amounted to over UAH 1.3 billion, and the number of investors has exceeded 4,800 clients.
Finally, in 2023, NovaPay carried out three public issues of interest-bearing obligations of series A, B and C of UAH 100 million each, and during 2024 issued six more series obligations - D, E, F, G, H and I. NovaPay corporate obligations have a credit rating of uaAA, adopted by the Standard-Rating agency, which is fulfilled by very high creditworthiness using other instruments on the market.
