Укр Accreditation of developers in eOsela will become more convenient - a single developer questionnaire has been launched
Today, a new form of the application form for the construction object, approved by the board of Ukrfinzhitlu, enters into force. This will simplify and speed up the process of housing accreditation, which is included in the state program of affordable mortgage lending.
Previously, in order to accredit a house under construction in eOsel, the developer had to fill out and submit different questionnaires to each bank-partner of the program. The new questionnaire for the construction object is a single unified form of document for all banks and developers. This innovation optimizes the process of providing developers' information to banks.
We remind you that under eOsele, Ukrainians can choose both ready-made housing that meets the requirements of the program and housing under construction.
In order to accredit houses under construction in eOsel, developers need to contact partner banks. Accreditation is currently carried out by Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Skybank, Globus, SENS Bank and BISBANK.
