Укр BISBANK joins the eHouse programme
‘Ukrfinzhytlo and BISBANK have signed a general agreement and cooperation agreements. Citizens will be able to choose this bank when applying for participation in the programme using the Diia app, Ukrfinzhytlo's press service said.
In the primary market, BISBANK has already accredited a number of new buildings in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Lutsk, Dnipro and Poltava. Ukrainians will also be able to buy housing in the secondary property market with this bank.
From now on, it is possible to take out a loan under the eHouse programme at 11 partner banks.
The government programme ‘eHouse’ was launched in Ukraine in October 2022. As of August 2024, more than 12,000 families have purchased their own housing under the programme for more than UAH 19.2 billion.
In 2024, almost all mortgage transactions were concluded under the eHouse programme. There is almost no mortgage lending outside the programme. Two-thirds of eHouse loans continue to be granted at a 3% interest rate to certain categories of customers, primarily military personnel and law enforcement officers.
