Universal Bank announced the appointment of two independent members of the Bank's Supervisory Board

According to the decision of the General Meeting of Joint Stock Company Universal Bank and with the approval of the National Bank of Ukraine, two new independent members of the Supervisory Board were additionally elected to the Supervisory Board of the bank for the term until the next annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025.
The new independent members of the Supervisory Board are:
- Andrea Isola, Vice President for European Markets at N26 Bank AG (Italy), approved by the National Bank of Ukraine on May 31, 2024;
- Marcin Olgierd Petrykowski, formerly Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of Atende S.A. (Poland).
The NBU approved the appointment on June 7.
In total, the Supervisory Board now consists of seven representatives: Chairman of the Supervisory Board Serhiy Popenko and independent members Liudmyla Nazarenko, Ihor Ivasiv, Petro Bohachevych, Ihor Maznytsia, Marcin Petrykowski and Andrea Isola.
