BANK ALLIANCE actively supports financial literacy initiatives
BANK ALLIANCE JSC actively supports initiatives aimed at improving the level of financial literacy of the population.
The head of Kyiv branch No. 3, Olena Lysak, held an informative lesson on ‘Expenses and Savings’ for students of Kyiv school. This was part of the NBU's initiative to develop financial literacy among children, the bank's press service reports.
The students learned to distinguish between mandatory and optional expenses, considered different types of income, and learned how to make savings. Special attention was paid to how to turn a dream into a financial goal.
"I was happy to give the lecture, the children were very interested and actively participated in the discussions. Financial literacy should be taught at school just like the alphabet or multiplication table. The welfare of the nation depends on it,’ said Olena Lysak.
