Sense SuperApp expands opportunities for individual entrepreneurs

Sense SuperApp expands opportunities for individual entrepreneurs

Sense Bank, one of the leading banks in Ukraine, is introducing new features for individual entrepreneurs in its Sense SuperApp mobile application. With these innovations, entrepreneurs can conveniently and efficiently manage their finances, reducing administrative and time costs. This was reported by the bank's  press service .

One of the most notable new features is the ability to obtain certificates for individual entrepreneurs online.

Thus, every Sense Bank client can receive the following information using the Sense SuperApp

- a certificate of availability of a current account of a sole proprietorship;
- a certificate of the current account balance of a sole proprietorship;
- certificate of turnover on the account of a sole proprietor for each month;
- a certificate of a closed sole proprietorship account.

“To obtain any of the listed documents, you need to go to the section ‘For Entrepreneurs’ and select the required certificate. Moreover, all of them are available for the last three years, are generated immediately from a facsimile and can be in both Ukrainian and English,” the bank said in a statement.

Equally significant was the global update of the payments and transfers section for individual entrepreneurs. The key new feature is the integration of a financial messenger for entrepreneurs. Thus, for them, as well as for individuals, each transaction has turned into a chat that has the function of a 2.0 template. With the new functionality, sole proprietors can repeat payments and save their purpose, search for details using a universal string so that all the necessary information is pulled up automatically. In addition, last year, sole proprietors got the opportunity to revoke a payment. This function is available in a small window until the bank has made the payment.

Another innovation last year was the generation of a QR code for payments. This feature allows individual entrepreneurs to create a QR code for their clients so that the latter automatically fills in all the necessary information about the payment, thereby making it as easy as possible for customers.
We should also mention the solution for convenient tax payment by individual entrepreneurs. For this purpose, the bank introduced structured payment purposes. As required by the current legislation, all payments to the State Treasury accounts must be structured in the form of “Payment type code” and “Additional information”. To optimize this process and simplify it, the digital bank has introduced automation: when entering an IBAN identified as a treasury account in a payment, the purpose is automatically generated in a structured format. Taxes can also be paid using automatically generated templates.

The process of updating data by individual entrepreneurs has also been greatly simplified. Thus, the bank's sole proprietorship clients who have no changes can re-identify in Sense SuperApp in a few taps. The corresponding notification with a proposal to update the sole proprietor's data appears when logging into the bank's mobile application 30 days before the expiration of the identification period.

In addition, it is possible to re-issue a business card online. In the mobile application, each client - a sole proprietor with an open current account who initially refused a business card or closed it - was able to re-issue the card in the digital bank - remotely. Such customers also have access to business card limit management and authorization of proxies.

“The entire Sense Bank team will continue to work hard to improve and add functionality for both individuals and individual entrepreneurs,” Sense Bank emphasized.
