Serhii Mamedov, Vice President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks and Chairman of the Board of Globus Bank, joined the VIII Business & Legal Real Estate Forum.
This annual event brings together leading developers, lawyers, and financiers to discuss key trends and challenges in the Ukrainian real estate market. The forum was organized by the publishing house Yuridicheskaya Praktika in conjunction with the Association of Ukrainian Corporate Advisors.

In his speech, Sergey Mamedov presented his vision for the development of the mortgage market in 2026 and proposed the introduction of a new state program to compensate interest rates, which could become an effective tool for stimulating demand for housing and supporting new construction.
The event became an important platform for dialogue between the government, business, financial institutions, and developers aimed at restoring and sustainably developing the real estate market in Ukraine.
The first session was moderated by Ernest Gramatsky, president of the law firm Gramatskiy & Partners, who set a deeply analytical tone for the discussion.
