До Спостережної ради ВАТ «ЄВРОГАЗБАНК» внесені зміни

Збори акціонерів ВАТ "Єврогазбанк" ухвалили рішення призначити Головою Спостережної ради - Олексія ІВЧЕНКА.

У відповідності до рішення Загальних зборів акціонерів ВІДКРИТОГО АКЦІОНЕРНОГО ТОВАРИСТВА «ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИЙ ГАЗОВИЙ БАНК» звільнено з посади Голови Спостережної ради Раздорожного Валерія Вікторовича. На посаду Голови Спостережної ради призначено Івченко Олексія Григоровича. Раніше пан Івченко займав посаду Радника Голови Правління ВАТ «ЄВРОГАЗБАНК».

Івченко Олексій Григорович, народився 2 січня 1963 року.
Має дві вищі освіти. Одружений, має двох дорослих доньок.
