ПриватБанк збільшив статутний капітал

16 февраля 2008 года состоялось Общее собрание акционеров крупнейшего украинского банка – ПриватБанка. На собрании была утверждена новая редакция Устава, с внесенными изменениями, которые связанные с увеличением уставного капитала Банка. Акционеры утвердили новый уставной капитал Банка в размере 4 228 250 000,00 грн., решение об увеличении которого на 1 515 000 000, 00 грн. было принято 20 ноября 2007 года. Акции дополнительного выпуска было решено разместить среди существующих акционеров ПриватБанка.

The mission of the Association of Ukrainian Banks is to support the development of the national banking system. The AUB cooperates with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on improving the legislation governing banking activities, and interacts with the National Bank of Ukraine on regulatory support for the functioning of banks and non-bank financial institutions. The CBA takes care of the professional development of bank employees, expands international relations with associations and banking institutions of other countries.
