Укргазбанк розпочав первинне розміщення власних облігацій серії “E”

25 декабря 2007 года ОАО АБ «Укргазбанк» начал первичное публичное размещение собственных процентных облигаций серии “E”.

 Эмиссии облигаций ОАО АБ «Укргазбанк» серии “E” установлен кредитный рейтинг на уровне «uaA», прогноз рейтинга – «стабильный».

 Основные характеристики облигаций ОАО АБ «Укргазбанк» серии “E”:

 Общий объем эмиссии: 100 000 000 грн.

Номинальная стоимость: 1000 грн.

Количество облигаций:  100 000 шт.

Процентная ставка: 13 % годовых

Срок обращения: 5 лет
