ООО КБ «Земельный Капитал» увеличивает уставный капитал на 21%

Участниками банка «Земельный Капитал» (г. Днепропетровск) принято решение увеличить уставный капитал до 20,3 млн. грн. УФ увеличен за счет вхождения в состав банка нового участника.

ООО КБ «Земельный Капитал» создан 31 января 1994 года. Регулятивный капитал банка на 01 апреля 2004 года составил 24,9 млн. грн., финансовый результат за прошлый год составил 1,2 млн. грн.
