29 серпня 2003 року о 12.00 Голова Національного банку України Сергій Тігіпко зробить заяву. Про це повідомило Управління зв'язків з громадськістю та засобами масової інформації НБУ. Поки лишається таємницею, про що саме говоритиме головний банкір країни. Принаймні нам відмовилися розкривати тему прес-конференції.
